Directions and Map to Beaver Brook on the River, located 2 miles from the South entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and 1 ½ miles from downtown Estes Park, CO

From Denver:

  • Take I-25 North (towards Fort Collins)
  • Exit on Hwy 66 west to Lyons (14 miles to Lyons)
  • Turn right on Hwy 36 in Lyons(20 Miles to Estes Park)

From Denver International Airport (DIA):

  • Exit DIA on Peña Blvd.
  • Exit Peña Blvd on to E-470 TOLLWAY (towards Fort Collins)
  • Take I-25 North (towards Fort Collins)
  • Exit on Hwy 66 west to Lyons
  • Turn right on Hwy 36 in Lyons (20 Miles to Estes Park)

From Loveland:

  • Take Hwy 34 west
  • Continue on Hwy 34 through Loveland to Estes Park

In Estes Park:

  • US Highway 34 becomes Elkhorn Avenue when you reach downtown Estes Park.
  • Turn left from Elkhorn Avenue onto Moraine Avenue (US Highway 36)
  • Continue on Moraine Avenue through town until you get to point where US Hwy 66 meets US Highway 36.
  • Take the Highway 66 Fork and drive approximately ½ mile.
  • Beaver Brook Resort Condominiums are located on the left.
