  • Nightly rate based on minimum occupancy.
  • $25 per person/per night above minimum.
  • Quoted rates are for confirmed reservations only.
  • All rates subject to a 3.7% sales tax.
  • A deposit of 40% is due when making your reservation.
  • Refundable if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival.
  • 50% refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Non-Refundable if canceled within 30 days of arrival.
  • Rates on Holidays and Festival weekends may be higher.
  • Telephones, cable TV and high speed wireless available in every unit.
  • Cribs and high chairs available on request.
  • No smoking on the property.
  • No pets.
